27 Crags doesn’t solely decide which areas are .premium and which not. It also needs the will from a topo maker to make an area into .premium.
If there is information logged to the community topo side before the .premium is made, this information is not used without permission for the .premium material. If you have provided information about crags to the website, other topo makers won't use it without your permission.
When community topo turns into .premium it also goes through a checklist to make sure the quality matches with the criteria.
